agenda is. >> vice president joe biden issued a warning on that front. listen to what he had to say about romney and who he is beholden to. >> ask him a question, when have you ever seen governor romney take on the establishment of his party? what do you think the prospects are that governor romney would attempt to do anything he now says he supports? q. what do you think the chances of him doing that with the republican controlled congress to keep the congress? what do you think the chances are he's going to tell the tea party guys you're dead wrong. that's what he ae's saying now. >> romney has admitted there may be good democrats in the world and they may care about america but at the end of the day is that proof that he will work with democrats and take a moderate position given his track record thus far in listening to the tea party and refusing to plant a flag in the grounts on anything running counter to the republican agenda. >> i am a registered democrat because i thought they hated america. that's news to me. but second of all -- >> i want to point out liz is not speaking for th

biden. >> and president clinton. >> right. >> but to surrogates, the notion the two guys running for the highest office in the land are not actively campaigning in the homestretch. jeb bush, i don't know if he was called by the romney campaign and asked to say something harsh about the president, but he certainly did not mince words yesterday in coral gables. let's take a listen to what he had to say. >> do you honestly think that this president is capable of bringing people together? his entire strategy is to blame others, starting with my brother, of course. basically, he blames every possible thing rather than having the humility to be able to reach out and to find common ground i thought that was, a, surprising from jeb bush, someone who is a republican, former republican governor, and certainly a surrogate for the romney campaign, but harsh words, especially given what the president was doing yesterday. >> yeah, i think that's true. and governor bush has not been the most hot eyed partisan among significant republican players in the past. this that is all hands on deck momen

parenthood. he should talk to big bird. he is gone. >> that was vice president joe biden earlier today taking aim at governor romney's vow to eliminate funding for planned parenthood. this year single ladies could play the deciding role, with 55 million of them eligible to vote. according to a recent pugh poll, president obama is whomping, i believe that's a technical term, mitt romney by 25 points among that group. in many respects, the election has become a choice between the past versus the future, a choice between a bygone era and a brave new world. joy reed explores this dynamic, writing it takes for granted that billy might have two moms or two dads, or that the ceo might be a she. it could care less if guys serve in the military. it can't imagine abortion or conservatives being illegal. i thinks madmen is a good tv show, but so is the walking dead. cecil richards is the president of planned parenthood. and today she is joining us behalf of the obama campaign. part of my favorite thing is how much i get to see you. thanks for joining the program, as always. >> thanks for having me back.
